The first thing to do is to decide what language you want to assign to your keyboard. Once you have a good idea of what language/dialect you want to use we can get started .

(1) First you'll have to go to the icon labeled settings.
(2) Once you've entered settings click on the "General" button to the right.
(3) Now scroll down to the button to where you see the option "Keyboard".
(4) Click it, then hit the bottom button labeled "International Keyboards"
(5) Select add a keyboard and then choose from the wide variety of languages that Apple has to offer.
You can now manage your your keyboards now at this stage if you have more than one, by simply clicking edit in the top right corner and selecting what language you want to delete from your keyboard use.
Now to access your keyboards while typing simply click the globe looking button on the left side of the keyboard right next to the numbers sign to access your other keyboard language.

So there you have it, you have now added an international keyboard for easy access while typing.
